Hello everyone! How have you all been? Itâs been a while, and I wanted to come back and show you a bit of what Iâve been up to since my hibernation. Back in February, Joel and I got the opportunity to meet The Hebridean Baker during his book tour! One of his stops was in Dallas, so the meet & greet was only a short drive away.
He had such a friendly presence, and it was very captivating listening to his stories (partly because of his Scottish accent đ). He also served everyone Jura whiskey, and taught us how to sing âThe Lights of Lochindaalâ. I am really grateful I was able to meet him; I have enjoyed his cookbook for a while and it was so cool to meet the man who made the recipes! You can check out his cookbook from Barnes & Noble here and from Amazon here.Â
